A proud Florida dad posted a picture online showing his 4-year-old daughter utilizing an unusual skill for her age group — giving her father a tattoo.
Brad Bellomo, 30, owner of the Third Eye Tattoo parlor in Largo, posted a picture to Facebook showing his 4-year-old daughter, Chloe, using the tattoo needle to draw a strawberry on her father’s arm.
