Prosecutors dropped all felony charges against former “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett for orchestrating a fake hate crime against himself.
The prosecutor who dropped his chargers said his record will be clean but it doesn’t mean Smollett is innocent.
Smollett claims he was attacked around 2 a.m. at a sandwich shop by two masked men who shouted racial and anti-gay slurs at him.
