Los Angeles rapper, Nispey Hussle, was shot Sunday afternoon March 31 outside of his Marathon clothing store in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Hussle was with a group of people outside of his store front when an unknown person opened fire, killing Nipsey and wounding others. Police believe the shooting was gang-related. The Victory Lap rapper was 33 years old.
Throughout his career, Hussle has been praised for not only rapping ability but also his way of connecting with the community through his business savvy ways. Hussle was very well known for his music and his ability to think up creative new ways to bring in money and give back to his community. This connected him with numerous industry titans and even more so brought him together with his partner and love, Lauren London.
The news has not only left a dark cloud and sadness over her fans but also for the hip-hop community. Many of those well known celebrities in the community are shocked and hurt, as they try and find the right words to really say what he meant to them all personally.
However, many celebrities have taken to social media to mourn and show respect to Nipsey Hussle, also known as Ermias Davidson Asghedom.

Nipsey Hussle is survived by his two children and girlfriend, Lauren London, with whom he recently had child with.
